Hi! I'm Keith!
I am the proud owner of Dandelion Dog Walks and you'll find me most days driving my van around Cheshire and walking in Gatley, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge with my friendly group of well behaved dogs.
Having been a dog owner for all my life and having enjoyed walking in the countryside with my canine companions for many, many years, I decided to turn a dog walking hobby into a professional business that helps dog owners to enhance the physical and mental health of their canine companions.
Dandelion Dog Walks has been in business since 2017 and over the years I have built up a solid reputation for my reliable and trustworthy service. You can read my reviews on Google and Facebook and Yell and also visit my Instagram page.
I understand that your dog is an integral part of your family and as a long time dog owner myself, rest assured that your dogs will be treated as an extension of my own family.
It has been a privelege to walk and care for so many wonderful dogs over the years. So many characters and all so different but I love them all!
I look forward to meeting you and your dog, and helping you to meet your dog’s individual needs.

While our primary focus is on exercise, the locations for our dog walks and jogs are selected for their ability to provide rich mental stimulation for the dogs. Forget the footpath!
Forest and field tracks offer a range of exciting smells and sounds to stimulate the dogs’ senses. Not to mention some wonderful waterholes!
Dandelion Dog Walks helps dog owners to look after their dog’s physical and mental health through providing the opportunity for exercise, stimulation and socialisation.
What: A brisk 60 minute walk and/or jog along a countryside trail. The nature paths provide rich mental stimulation for dogs e.g. exciting smells and sounds to stimulate their senses. We include a play in the water on most days. Pick-up and drop off is included. No need for you to be home.
Duration: 60 minute walk/jog, plus travel time.
Location: The beautiful countryside of Cheshire including woods, fields and parks.
Suits: All dogs who love getting outside for a walk, sniff, speedy jog, swim or to enjoy the company of other dogs. We have a range of groups to suit fast, young dogs or to suit older dogs who prefer a gentle pace. We have groups of small breeds, large breeds and everything in between.
*Please note that we will not accept dogs who are not already socialised, who are not easily controllable, those who display aggressive behaviours or those who pull on the lead excessively. All male dogs need to be neutered.
The composition of each exercise group is carefully managed for optimum enjoyment and safety. Our groups are kept to a manageable size, and we work to create regular, familiar groups of dogs each day of the week.
At Dandelion Dog Walks we practice positive reinforcement with all dogs. This means we use treats, praise and other rewards to reinforce the desired behaviour, rather than any form of punishment.
We care for the natural environment, and choose to leave it as we find it. We stick to the countryside code and clean up after all our dogs.
Fully insured and police checked. I always carry a First Aid Kit and dog porta-shower on our walks.
"Keith is a brilliant dog-walker, we really can't fault him! Our dogs are always very excited to go on the walks, and his services are excellent value for money. The walks have even helped to lower one of our dog's weight, which in turn has improved her energy and health.
Keith himself is very reliable, incredibly accommodating and communication has always been great.
I would highly recommend!"
"Highly recommend the services of Dandelion Dog Walks - comes to something when bumping into Keith in the park, we had to put Bruce back on the lead to continue his walk with us, as he was intent on trotting off with Keith :)"
"Keith has walked my dog on many occasions and is without any doubt the best person we have ever had to take our terrier out.
Keith takes everything in his stride, he is the ideal person to look after your dog. I would definitely recommend him."
